Training the Disciples in Symbolic Language
How Does Jesus get around our paradigm and worldview problems? By the introduction of language that we can’t assume the meaning—we must search and ponder, here we are talking about being led by the Spirit by what we sense, and symbolic language. As well we will do an overview of symbolic language to see how important it is in scripture.
In the second half we will follow Jesus as he trains the disciples in learning this language. We want to pick up Jesus’ value in this language so we can incorporate this language into our own lives.
